BelPacific was subcontracted to perform the installation of PVC fan drains underneath the road structure of a previously constructed portion of the Trans-Canada Hwy.  The scope of work involved drilling holes up to 300 ft in length through roadway embankment material on a negative 2 degree batter and the subsequent installation of PVC pipe drains.
