Shoring / Foundations Services

BelPacific has been developing expertise in shoring and foundation services for over 60 years. We’ve developed a reputation across Western Canada for offering competitive pricing on turnkey solutions in both the public and private sectors. Thanks to our expert project management team and our fully unionized workforce, we can provide creative solutions to complex problems, then execute them quickly and efficiently while maintaining project timelines and budgets. To make sure that Everyone Goes Home Safe, we keep our workforce well-trained in first-aid, equipping them with the tools to identify workplace hazards and empowering them to speak up about them before they become a problem. This prevents workplace injuries as much as possible and keeps our jobs running smoothly.

In order to maintain our competitive edge and continue executing large and small-scale shoring and foundation projects with minimal production hiccups, we’re always adapting and integrating new technology and techniques into our repertoire. We’re constantly investing in our fleet of modern equipment that lets us work more effectively and add value to our client’s projects. Our team has spent decades mastering the intricacies involved in shoring and foundation projects in Western Canada and helps find bespoke solutions that meet our client’s specific needs. Regardless of the size or scope of the project, BelPacific works with its clients throughout each step of the process to ensure we are on track to meet the project objectives. Our clients can rest easy knowing they will receive transparent communication from us, including regular progress reports and strategy updates on how we plan to solve problems before they arise. We offer services on all aspects of a shoring or foundation project. We offer a complete package of seismic upgrade services, including seismic strengthening assessments, geotechnical testing, design options, cost estimating and project execution. When executing a shoring project, we employ the correct combination of rake shores, dead shores, and flying shores to keep everyone safe, maintain the project's structural integrity, and provide the least obstruction to future work as possible. When access is limited, or there are environmental concerns, we’ll employ minipiles to secure and solidify the area. We have decades of experience using wet, dry, and structural shotcrete to waterproof, repair, and build new structures. On projects where we are preparing an area for construction or repairs, we’ll use grouting to fill voids, control groundwater, strengthen the soil, and level surfaces. Finally, when strengthening structures, stabilizing dams, building new bridge foundations, and more, BelPacific has expertise in both temporary and permanent Tie-Down structures that will meet the challenges of any project.
